Above the Miami’s stirring Bricel Financial District, a new remaginated lower penthouse on the 60th floor of the reputed Bricel Flatrone Building provides a spectacular fusion of contemporary artistry and urban vibrancy. Designed by a visionary pair from Nicholas Genari and Roberto Raesi Male design studioIt shows the dynamic character of the city of 1,830-class foot, which introduces a sophisticated yet bold aesthetics that symbolizes minimalism with an artistic approach.
The commission was commissioned by a prominent lawyer with a deep praise for electronic music and modern pop art, the renewal demanded to prepare a second house, which resonates with Miami’s pulsed energy while maintaining a sophisticated and minimal atmosphere. To achieve this, the designers snatched the previous finish, which was chosen for the crisp white walls that increase spatial openness and creating an atmosphere like gallery. The thoughtful revival of light and roof elements refined overall beauty, ensuring a spontaneous integration of functionality and design.
A major inspiration for space stem from the rhythmic liquidity of electronic music, which affected both the selection of artifacts and the interaction of light. The neon accents, abstract compositions, and a bold spectrum of colors interact dynamically throughout the residence, reflecting the constant speed of the city’s nightlife. Custom walls and wallpapers introduce tropical elements, which enrich the visual story, complementing the smooth, modern furniture that define the interiors of the house.
Each element within the penthouse is carefully cuisted to align with the contemporary vision of the project. The living area features an array of pieces of iconic design, including Mario Belini by Moduleer B&B Italia Camleda Sofa, Mitchell Dukroy by Michelle Dukroy, sculpture Ligne Rosette Togo Sofa, and NATO Fukasawa by Red B&B Italia Grande Papillio Lounj Cursor. These statement decorations are anchored by a shimmering glass italia coffee table by Petricia Urquiola and illuminated by Constentine Grik by sculpture floses Noktambule lamps, which installs an artificial tone yet for space.
Artistic expression extends beyond the living room in a private quarters, where a careful orchestrated lighting plan increases the intimate atmosphere of the primary bedroom. Here, the Vega LED chandelier by Kuzco Lighting puts a warm glow on the chandelier space, complemented by Monica Armani by Monica Armani’s smooth design of the B&B Italia Flair O ‘chair and the Timeless Snupy Table Lamp by Pear Giyakomo Castiloni for the smooth design and flos. The rich texture and soft, indirect light cover the room, creating an environment that is both calm and visually captivating.
Physicality played an important role in defying the overall experience of residence, stressing the touch comfort and sensible luxury. Luxurious textiles, rainbow glasses, and complex custom carpets contribute to a layered aesthetics that turns into response to light and movement. The result is a living environment that develops throughout the day, reflects the rhythm of its surroundings.
