Hi I have a question about heritage. When my mother died last year, my father tried to assure me that nothing is left and he could not pay for the funeral, to tell me that I would have nothing indirectly. But a few months later when the notary approached me to sign the verification of the heritage, I came to know that a lot of different ate with the subtle amount. He said that my father chose Usufruct and I just had to agree and sign the doors. As I was not happy that I said I would not say .. but after a few weeks he told me that my father told him that he wanted to “donate” the money after signing the documents. Although I have already signed but my father did not know at that time. I wonder if it was just a strategy to sign me and then I would have nothing or if I would get some money? Thank you
