Meet Italian Nachos: The No-Cook Appetizer of Our Dreams



Social media may be a treasure trove of viral tunes and fashion tips, but in recent years it’s also given us plenty of our favorite snacks. TikToker Nia Arentzen (@neacooks) shared her Italian nachos recipe in a clip that recently went viral. In the video, Arentzen places prosciutto and sea salt and black pepper kettle chips in a bowl, then tops it with lemon zest, grated Parmesan cheese, black pepper and a white sauce, which commenters on the post speculate.
