Amanda is a Stanfield Food Studio Coordinator and Recipe Examiner/ Developer who is in Dotsh Meredith. He completed a bachelor’s degree in journalism and strategic communication at Hampton University. After graduation, Amanda served as a marketing colleague for a global non -profit organization for 3 years in a non -profit field. In 2018, he picked up the food industry and started training in fine restaurants around Atlanta. He later received his Pak degree from Johnson & Wales University and worked in a variety of kitchens from boutique restaurants to conference hotel. His work is depicted on Eatingwell.com, Southern Living, People.com, Food and Wine, and Allrage.com. As a true food, Amanda looks for nutritious and unique tastes to inspire others to eat happily and healthy.
