“Well, we always say that Worli goes deep into a woman’s wardrobe. We are that wardrobe for the modern woman on the go,” she explains. “Comfort is obviously important to me, so there’s a big difference between my personal style and the brand. Being the COO, I’m fortunate to have the opportunity to build a brand that works for my lifestyle.”
It’s this juxtaposition between her life and her work that makes Lara so fascinating to watch and, yes, dress like her. Her days may be packed, but she does it all with a wardrobe that blends practicality, elegance, and just enough flair to keep things interesting. Ready to see how she does it? Let’s learn about her week, one outfit at a time.
A statement woven for travel days
This is actually my favorite look. I would say it probably represents me the most on a day-to-day basis. I travel a lot, whether it’s London or America. I’m wearing our Worley Double Soft Sweatpants with Slim Cuff. I actually size them up because I like to have a lot of room in them, and I like the slightly slanted look. As for my shoes, they are absolutely old black shoes I have for years now. I love them because they give me a little height, but they’re still flat and very comfortable. My Etro cardigan purchase was a little expensive—I’d say it was more of an investment. It’s unusual for me to have something printed or with so many colors, but I liked it. I hope it’s the kind of thing that I’ll probably still have in 20 years and that my daughter will love wearing it. (That’s how I sold it myself!) My bag is also The Row-The Park bag, which is very soft and in a beautiful red color. I keep my laptop in there and all my travel stuff in there, so it’s great to travel with.

A monochromatic look for the weekend
As for my weekends, I have two kids, so often I’m standing on the sidelines watching football or going for a family lunch – so that means flat shoes because I’m often running around. i wear obviously trainers When I’m working out, but I’m not really a trainer like a trouser girl – I never feel like that. so i’m either often in a Rogue or a good one bootAnd this Gucci boot was nice in the middle and it’s great for London because if it’s raining often. I’m loving brown at the moment; It really is the color of the season. I am wearing my Warli Doris, which are very slim fit and have a green Warli ribbed high neck. It looks great under a blazer or cardigan because my arms are free – I don’t like the feeling of having lots of layers of fabric on my arms. On top, I’m wearing a long-line cardigan that’s about to launch. I have belted it and I think it heightens and completes the look. My handbag is Hermès because I’m interested in the classics and it was bought at an auction. It’s not perfect – it has scratches on it, and it’s missing some stitchery, but I love that about it. I like things that aren’t too perfect.

denim date night look
I have to tell you, I stole this look from someone – which is actually quite a funny story. I collect beautiful jackets and I love a black blazer. Then, Lisa (Aiken, vogue’s Executive Fashion Director) wore it in the Worli store, and I was crazy about it. She said it was Bottega Veneta 2016 and there was one on Relax too, and I immediately bought it. I stole her entire look from her. My jeans wardrobe is.NYC—I love baggy jeans. I am a comfortable girl. I don’t really like tight denim. For me, skinny jeans are a big no-no; I can’t bear this feeling, never can. there is one below white t-shirt From Worli—Worli has always been the foundation of my wardrobe. The shoes are so, they are extremely comfortable and very simple. I’m not a girl with heavy high-heels, even when going out at night. My clutch is actually from Etro. Date nights are usually for a quick dinner after work – Ben and I work together, so often we’ll probably be in the office together in Soho, and we’ll go for an early dinner or to a cool little bar.

Bundled for the morning commute
Here I am in Worli coat, Worli top and Worli corduroy pants—They’re really soft and a little flexible; Plus, they have an elasticated waistband. I’ve just hidden a T-shirt under that jacket. I feel really cold and I Hatred becoming cool. It obviously rains a lot and is quite cold in London, so having a nice puffy jacket helps keep me warm when I’m on the go. They’re cos boots; They have low heels but still look very smart and I can walk for miles in London wearing them. And my bag – I’m loving red at the moment, so like a splash of red – lifts up the brown; Otherwise, I’ll be brown from head to toe.

white jeans in the boardroom
So my jeans are really The Row uproar!—And actually my jacket is also from The Row. My glasses are Celine—I wear contact lenses, but when I get tired, I have to put my glasses on. My watch is an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak, which is a small gold watch. i love one white jean And I also like monochrome looks, so white and black look great for me. My jacket is obviously smart, but combining it with denim makes it less of a head-to-toe suit. I think it’s important to be smart and well presented.
