Adding or re -preparing your home is one of the most exciting and creative processes you can pass through. But there is pressure to take informed decisions with all the responsibility that will run. How can you ensure how to get the right design for your lifestyle, stay within your budget and maximize the return on your investment? Start with a great design for every room in your house – (or especially) with the bathroom.
The bathroom, whether big or small, should always be well thought out and be carefully located, and many users should work keeping in mind. We have long been before the era where there was a bathroom for every three bedrooms in the house, and everyone was necessary to use it at all times. Today’s bathrooms need to be beautiful, efficiently use space and serve users functionally. To avoid common design blunders, as these rooms do well, you can help you be happy with your bathroom for a long race.
No one likes any dark, moist bathroom with poor circulation – it is not fun to spend time in that kind of space. If you are constructing or moving the bathroom, try to site it on the outer wall with windows.
If Windows is not an alternative, installing an operational skylight can allow the fresh air and natural light required to make the space feel comfortable.
I once worked on a large remodel, for which there was a bathroom in the dining room in the current design – it seems like a conflict of interests, right? Whenever possible, avoid detecting the bathroom directly from one of the public rooms in the house – such as the kitchen, living room or dining room.
It is not necessary that you have to keep in a long hallway, but to break the vision line, create some types of formal isolation. The last thing you want is to sit in the living room with a glass of wine and look directly in the bathroom in the toilet.
This leads me to your next defect: Avoid making the toilet the first thing that you see in the bathroom, and avoid adjacent rooms from any vision. I like to keep the sink aside and keep the toilet and shower in my room. This allows someone to take a shower while someone else is ready in a sink.

In the bathroom floor plan here, the wall between two rooms adds only a few inches to the overall shape of the bathroom, but doubles the functionality of the room.
This is correct: Not much better; is better. Whether you are designing a big master bathroom in your dream house or trying to find out how to squeeze an additional bathroom for your growing family, the most important aspect of your new bathroom is that it has a great design that works efficiently for your specific lifestyle.
