I can’t get enough for these protein tortillas! They are very chew and perfect for anything fajitas To Breakfast tacos, Only the ingredients for you are,
- Skier yogurt (or plain Greek yogurt)
- all purpose flour

- Scale this recipe as you want! Because you are rolling your own Tortilus, they can be any shape. This recipe will create an 8-inch Tortilus. But you can also make 4 Bartito-shaped Tortilus, or 12 small road tacos.
- I have tested this recipe with plain skier yogurt with 2% and 5% plain Greek yogurt. Both do great things! We recently tested with mixed cottage cheese and also worked.
Skier yogurt is Icelandic-style yogurt. It is more in protein and is thick than Greek yogurt because the widespread stress goes through yogurt due to the process.

Recipes to pair with protein tortillus

Add flour, curd and salt to a large bowl. Stir until until combined using a silicone or wooden spoon. Add 1 tbsp of water at a time until a ball starts to form.

Transfer the dough to the surface of a dough and knead until smooth. If the dough is very sticky then you may need to sprinkle more flour.

Divide the dough into 8 pieces. Roll each piece in a ball. Give the work surface dough, and then roll each tortila in a circle using a rolling pin until the paper becomes thin. During this step you may need more flour. Repeat until all the tortals are rolled.

Heat a large raw iron pan on medium heat and spray with cooking spray.

Keep a tortila in a pan and cook until it bubbles for about 1 minute. Spray the top with more cooking spray and then flip and cook for additional 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Remove from the pan and store it in a folded cloth towel. Continue cooking the remaining tortals.
