Sleepy Girl Mocktail

Our Sleepy Girl Mocktail The perfect bivvy for before bed! Made with tart cherry juice, elderberry syrup, a little maple, fresh lime juice, and our favorite flavors LMNT Sparkling Electrolyte Water – Black Cherry Lemon.

We all know the Sleepy Girl Mocktail trend has been hit many times over, but we’re here to take things up a notch with our friends. LMNTThey’re our favorite electrolyte brand, and their Black Cherry Lime Sparkling Electrolyte Water flavor is perfectly made for a sleepy girl mocktail 😃

If you’ve never taken LMNT, this is our favorite electrolyte brand. We love that it has no added sugar or other preservatives and not only does it give you sodium and potassium, but also magnesium – which is a huge added bonus. We live on this stuff for workouts, postpartum, and yes, even this Sleepy Girl mocktail.

Go ahead and bathe yourself, and make this mocktail for a cozy night in at home. It’s hydrating, rich in electrolytes and antioxidants, and extremely delicious.

Sleepy Girl Mocktail Ingredients

  • LMNT Sparkling Electrolyte WaterBlack Cherry Lemon Flavor: Star of the show! We liked the taste of this mocktail very much. The black cherry and lime flavors match perfectly with the rest of the drink and add a nice zest.

Why do we like LMNT?

We’re very excited to announce our newest partner that makes this recipe possible – LMNT➡️ Talk about a dream brand to work with

We first heard about LMNT from our girl nurture love Years ago and have been associated with this brand since then. LMNT comes in a variety of flavors and you can buy it as a sparkling electrolyte drink or in convenient small single serve packets. These boxes are new to me and I love them and so does the team. We love how salty they are and TBH, they really are perfect in this mocktail 😛

Each LMNT Sparkling Electrolyte Water contains:

  • 1,000 mg sodium
  • 200 mg potassium
  • 60 mg magnesium

LMNT Black Cherry Lime -> LMNT Citrus Salt

Tart Cherry Juice -> Cranberry Juice

maple syrup -> Our Homemade Honey Simple Syrup

Elderberry Syrup -> omit it if it’s too hard to find or you don’t have any available

This recipe is not very sweet; We prefer the tarter Sleepy Girl Mocktail. You can easily adjust the sweetness level by using more or less maple syrup!
