Oasis announces new dates for its North American tour, including a second concert in Toronto
Oasis fans who reside in Toronto are much less likely to look back in anger after Britpop stars announced they would do a second show in Toronto next year.

On Monday, the band announced that they would be playing at the newly announced concert. Rogers Stadium in Toronto on August 24, 2025.
The band, fronted by combustible Gallagher brothers Noel and Liam, are best known for their hit classics from the 1990s. Wall of Wonders And Don’t look back in anger.
There was a lot of trouble between the brothers over the years, eventually leading to Noel leaving the band after a backstage argument with his brother at a festival near Paris.
Although the Gallagher brothers have not performed together since, both regularly perform Oasis songs at their solo concerts. They also criticized each other in the press.

Announcing the reunion tour this summer, the band said fans would experience the “spark and intensity” that only happens when they appear on stage together. The tour kicked off in the UK on July 4-5.
American rock band Cage the Elephant will perform as opening acts on all dates of the band’s North American tour, which will include an appearance in Chicago as well as the aforementioned cities.
Ticketmaster opened the ticket portal for the Toronto show on Monday and said presales would begin Thursday at 2 p.m. Tickets for the show go on sale to the public Friday at noon.
This show will be Oasis’ first in Toronto since appearing at the now-defunct V-Festival in July 2008.
Oasis will play Rogers Stadium, a 50,000-capacity outdoor concert venue in North York, announced last week. The theater will be located on the grounds of the former Downsview Airport.
