  • Full Fat Greek Yogurt: Half mayo, half Greek yogurt keeps the sauce creamy but also adds a tangy flavor because of the Greek.
  • Ketchup: Spicy and slightly sweet, ketchup is a key ingredient in our burger sauces.
  • Pickles: The pickles and pickle juice add some spiciness and crunch to the sauce.
  • Napa Cabbage: We love this cabbage in burger bowls because it has a mild, slightly sweet flavor and a very crunchy texture.
  • Apple Cider Vinegar: We pickle cabbage in apple cider vinegar to make it even tastier.
  • Cherry Tomatoes: Tomatoes and burgers go well together, so of course, we had to add some juicy cherry tomatoes to the bowl.
