How to improve your landscape photos

In this video, Marcus Albert has described three essential ingredients to appeal to landscape photographs.

In A recent articleI shared my opinion what is a great photo. I discovered the importance of light and composition and tried to answer which of the two is more important.

Marcus reaches the subject from a different angle. While the world we take a picture, it is three-dimensional, our pictures are present in two-dimensional places. Therefore, to create great pictures, you have to find ways to preserve the three -dimensional look of the scenes you capture. Making deep into your photos is necessary to draw the audience, and Marcus shows three ways to do so.

It begins with infection, of which there are different types. Examples include larger objects, cooler-to-warmer color tones, or deep-to-round areas. In his video, he shows many images that emphasize this concept. He also shows how photo editing can help improve the infection.

The other component he talks about is the atmosphere. Even without great light, you can have a great atmosphere. Take a foggy morning in the forest as an example. I have taken many of my favorite pictures in such situations. However, it is not only fog that contributes to the atmosphere to your images. A blurred day in the mountains can do a lot for three-dimensions of photos. Instead of using the dahaz slider in Literoom to remove the gauze, keep it or even increase it.

In my early days of photography, I made a lot of contrast and mistake of removing the mist, and I want to show you an example from my archives. The first picture is very opposite, and I wanted to give more punch to the image.

I edited the second picture, which I took a few years later after a few years. I kept the mist; Therefore, the photo seems too much atmospheric.
