The entry reveals a scene directly into the kitchen, to the dining room backwards and the halfing on the other side of the wall seen here. The door opens in a coat closet.
“One thing that my client really wanted here was a hook for her friends to hang her purse,” says Stroud. This keeps them away from their kitchen counters.
“The house was sinking. The foundation was needed to jack and the floor needed to be level,” stroud is called. This means that place of all floors. New hardwoods create stability in the first floor, add heat and correspond to the age of the house.
