Four Season Hotel Seoul Review – The Points Gai

Pay attention to the editor: Four seasons provided TPG a value for two-night stay so that we could take a look at the hotel and its facilities from inside. The opinion expressed below belongs to the author and was not subject to the review by the hotel or any external unit.

Four season hotels are usually luxurious, but people located all over Asia are at the next level. I have migrated from Hong Kong to the continent with an incredible migration with the brand Osaka And from Vietnam to Beijing. Therefore, recently on a trip SoleI was excited about the Canadian luxury hotel company’s opportunity to live in the huge assets in the South Korean capital city.

With a location of the Gyeongbokgung Palace, a Michelin-starred Cantonies restaurant on-site and a beautiful Korean-style sauna for guests, Four season Hotel Seoul won me. Here I liked what I loved about it – and why you should consider going to this hotel if you find yourself in the city of Seoul.

Room at Four Season Hotel Seoul

For my two-night stay, I was booked in a premiere room of a corner of just 600 sq ft. The corner room, with long windows visible outside the city, felt almost like an apartment in which I left. The space white linen, a pattern with a blue carpet and smart, was full of beautiful wood, contrary to modern accents.

On the far side of the room, there was a desk working with an office chair, as well as a lounge chair with a table, ideal for reading.

Unlike the bed area, a small couch sat down with a big TV on a kunda mount so that I could watch TV from the living area or luxurious bed.

Entering the bathroom, a small closet with toilets and a sink was on one side. In the opposite direction was the main bathroom area that offered a deep soaking tub of Seoul, a dual pride, a small TV hidden in the mirror and four season signature ultra-plush towels. The hotel uses succulent deputy facilities above a magnificent bathroom – cherry.

The room also had a closet in place, a miniber with all the expected soda, juice and alcoholic beverages, a coffee manufacturer, an electric kettle for tea and a safe.

And as someone loves big cities and long buildings, it was incredible to have these scenes from my very room.

What did I eat at Four Season Hotel Seoul

If you find yourself at the Four Seasons Hotel Seoul, be sure to bring your hunger because there are more frequent and restaurants around this building, which can feel more than one. The restaurant contains a giant international buffet; Italian, Japanese and Cantony Restaurant; A speech; Porus; And a Korean snack and cocktail bar.

What did I eat here during my stay here.

Ol

“The subsequent Seoul’s sometimes a tribute to the sometimes changing identity” was touched as a cocktail bar with elevated Korean bar food-and it is actually a fun scene. Although you can come here for individual cocktails and snacks, I enjoyed the OUL set menu (about $ 107). This delicious experience consisted of three cocktails, such as a Seoul mule made with garlic butter vodka, and the mouthwatering Korean fried chicken, lobster tetokboki and delicate beef beef bells were wrapped in Quinoa Popcorn.

At that time, Oul also had a special side menu that featured Jonga Kimchi. As someone is a Kimchi-Obesed, I fell in love with the Kimchi mule, which topped the dried Jonga cabbage kimchi ($ 22) with a huge piece.

U Yuan

With a Michelin Star, U Yuan is a Cantony Restaurant that serves everything from lunch to Beijing Duck. Since I visited U Yuan over the weekend, I chose the option of a brunch in the Rock Garden Set menu ($ 124), and the pork and shrimp was a wonderful time to enjoy classics such as Siu Mai Dakodi and roasted pork, as well as new tastes, which I never experienced, such as ablon. For the price, this Michelin-Star experience felt like a theft.

Charles H.

For a special cocktail bar with a side of fried chicken, basement-tier spici Charles H. There is a repeated space, once with space which is glamorous as the menu is delicious. Sitting at the bar and friendly, chatting with specialist mixologists, I started with a special offer of a signature cocktail from 6 to 8 pm and a food item ($ 37), choosing a manhattan flight option, with different from the world on this classic cocktail. But, of course, I was not quite ready to go-so I also enjoyed Riviera Martini ($ 24) inspired by Cannes.

This place was filled during my Sunday night’s journey, so I would advise to make excessive reservation.

Maru

Located some distance from the lobby, Maru is a casual lounge that provides western and Korean snacks, lunch, dinner and drinks. I stopped for a quick breakfast and enjoyed the hearty soup with rice and bunction (which includes delicious Korean side dishes like Kimchi). It is a comfortable place that he is a comfortable place to sit with a cool glass of alcohol after a long time of searching for coffee or tea while reading paper.

The market kitchen

For breakfast, do not remember the journey of the international buffet in a large scale in the market kitchen. There you can grab everything with Asian-style noodle dishes and soup, with a slow zodiac, pastry, med-to-order option, western favorite and everything in the middle. The buffet is also open to the week’s lunch and dinner, a popular seafood on Friday, and all the weekends and on holidays. Prices for adults for breakfast begin at around $ 57, $ 124 for lunch and $ 136 for dinner.

To facilitate and do things

I felt that I could write a novel about everything to do at Four Seasons Hotel Seoul, as the options actually felt endless in this huge hotel. Here are highlights:

  • Four Season Club Seoul: It incorporates the gym of the Multilavel Club Hotel and a Korean-style sauna, which is open to the non-grain members of both clubs as well as hotel guests. The gym is widespread, I have ever set foot while rivaling any equator. Korean sauna consists of pools, a steam room and a special shower with jets at different temperatures (just note that it is a custom to enter the naked water in South Korea). For me, it was both comfortable and energetic to start your day in the gym and then go towards Sauna. If I lived nearby, I would join 100% club.
  • The hotel has three pools, including a dedicated plunge pool for children.
  • Seoul spa provides massage, signature treatment, complete body therapy, couple experiences, nail services and more. I found a traditional K-style color analysis, which is a popular experience in Korea, which helped me know if the colors look best on me. It was an explosion and I highly recommend.
  • A classic barber shop haircuts, wet shaves, and a glass of shosine – and a glass of whiskey when you wait.
  • Celebrity floorist Nikolai Bergman has a floral boutique at the ground level of the hotel.
  • Parents can sign up children for activities paid in children for all season lounges, including cooking lessons taught in English.
  • Guests can enjoy more than 7,000 newspapers and magazines through the hotel’s press reader service.
  • Four Seasons Seoul is pet-friendly, and $ 184 pet fees include facilities such as beds and food and water bowls.
  • A house car is available for international guests first, on the basis of first served, from 10 am to 6:30 pm to 1.24 miles.
  • Guests can use Google Chromecast to stream on TV.

Four season Seoul

I enjoyed my time at Four Seasons Hotel Seoul. The property is beautiful, and if you spend sufficient time, you will get some amazing surprises around each corner, such as Charles H. Grand floral arrangements of Speaksi and Nikolai Bergman. I felt very relaxed by taking time to bend in Korean Sauna culture, and I found that I could experience myself at home.

And when it is a big hotel, personal service made me feel intimate and Bespok. Despite a constant stream of people coming and going through the lobby, employees always recognized me and called hi.

The real attraction of my stay, however, was enjoyed by all incredible food. Within the hotel walls, one can visit a culinary tour of the world, from Italy to Japan-and even with a stop on a Michelin-Words Cantonies spot. The best part? Once you are very complete to work, you can be correct on the lift and head on the bed.
