Johnson Health Tech Trading and Consumer Produce Safety Commission (CPSC) on Thursday released voluntary recall of Boflex 552 adjustable dumbbells, “due to the report that weight plates can dislike the handle during use, pose an impact danger.”
With dumbbell – who were Sold in costco, Through Best By, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and online Amazon and Boflex website – CPSC says that Boflex 1090 adjustable dumbbells are also affected.

A CPSC statement said, “Boflex Inc. filed for insolvency protection in March 2024.” “Johnson Health Tech Trading has agreed to provide a measure for 552 and 1090 adjustable dumbbells sold by Boflex Inc. before May 2024, (East Natilus Inc.), which is before May 2024 as a part of this recall.”
