Cleveland Browns released Toronto Argonauts DL Ralph Holi from practice squad

Cleveland Brown has released CFL Defense Tackle Ralph Holi before its practice roster.

Holi was originally forgiven as part of the final roster cut, before they were brought back to the practice squad. His term ran two days ago before his release to make a place for other additions.

Six-Foot-1, 285-Pound defender signed with brown with this offsen, after helping Toronto Argonats win the gray Cup in 2024. He was a standout with a defensive line, with 22 tackle, eight sacks and a forced fambal. His eight sacks were tied to the league lead, despite his playing in the interior for Toronto.

The 25 -year -old worked for seven NFL teams before signing with the brown, including Atlanta Falcons, Tennessy Titans, Cincinnati Bangles, Pittsburgh Steeler, Minnesota Vikings and New Orleans Saints. He recorded a tackle at the three prince games.

Native of West Bloomfield, Mich. Played from the collegium at the University of Western Michigan, where he recorded 138 tackles, losses for 45.5 tackle, 20.5 sacks, five pass knockdowns, two forced fambles, and 50 games in 50 games with Broncos. He was nominated for the first-team All-Mid-American Conference in 2020 and the second team in 2021.

In 2022, in its supporter day, Holi recorded 4.99, 4.67 short shuttle in 40-yard dash and a 30-inch vertical and eight-foot, 10-inch wide jump in 7.53 three-cone drills. He pressed 225 pounds 24 times.

Holi is now independent of signing with any other NFL team, although argonots still control their exclusive CFL rights for the rest of the 2025.
