There is nothing more than walking around the shops on my lunch break. This is an easy way to achieve my steps, gather some inspiration for my capsule cupboard (and possibly yours) and enjoy a little fresh air. It has become a nutritious part of my weekly routine. This week, my feet easily took me in Zara (This is the best of us), and I was immediately stopped in my track by two most beautiful Midi clothes I have seen in a long time.
When I was browsing for a while I saw a beige linen dress, which was completed with the opposite-pipette slung on the arm of another customer. Quick nervousness. I scanned the rail and, for my relief, just got a small rack Three clothesOne of which was in my size (a medium). Naturally, I caught it. Then, I saw another: a soft butter-yellow, textured style with a fallen waist with a group of shopkeepers who were pounced nearby. I did not hesitate – it was also coming with me in the changing room.
Usually, I am too much a C-in-store, shop at home. I like to sit with a piece and consider if it really fits inside my capsule cupboard. But on this occasion, the high design of both clothes left me no choice. I knew that I would have to try them there and then. Thank you, I was not disappointed. Color, fabrication and overall form were completely aligned with my style.

As I turned to Till, I styled both pieces mentally for various occasions. Dinner and drink With girls, coupled with Jelly sandals And my khaki work bag. Look with a cute date night Strapy kitten heels And a chic East/West bowler. Or dressed with Trainers And wandering a silk scarf for a comfortable weekend. The options feel endless.
Back to the office, which is the What Wear UK team was in awe. Some editors (yes, Maxin agenbergerI’m looking at you) moved straight towards Zara App to secure your size- So, yes, I know I am on some winners.
Smuthon and shopkeepers with the team, while stretching in-store stock, I knew that I would have to share these two with you. Consider your official heads on this; Do not run away! Zara’s trending dress is still online, but I do not expect they will stay in stock for a long time.

1. Linen dress with contrast piping
Style notes: Now, this dress was watching high quality on my fellow shopkeeper’s arm, but when I picked it up and tried it, I was the best way to surprise. A beige linen-rami blend (there is also a white version available, FYI), it is still sufficient to balance the correct balance. Even in Zara’s attractive warm changing room, I found it completely comfortable, who told me that it would be a winner for hot days in London.
The thick composition gave the dress enough structure, which was beauty to hold the size of the flowing mid-length. A hidden side zip was hidden neatly in the seam, which meant that it slipped like a glove. Black piping details and rounded neckline added a polish age to create a look that seems to be undeniably elevated and far more expensive than the £ 46 price tag.
2. Stripti dress

Style notes: The development of my style means that I actually appreciate the power of a textured figure. Made of all the elements that I naturally move towards a summer midi – thick straps, a fallen waist and a floty skirt – this dress immediately grabbed my eye for its subtle form sculpture design. Anytime a throw-on-end-type person, I am always ready for pieces that require very little effort to style, but have maximum effect when worn, and it does exactly the same.
The fact is that it will not require too much ironing is a certain bonus. While the butter yellow is undoubtedly one of the biggest color trends of the season, there is something about this particular shadow, which has been paired with a spontaneous design, which seems timeless. This is the kind of piece I know that I will reach time from time to time – it is summer and many more coming.
