Cadillac and Jota have unveiled the livery in which two factory V-Series.R LMDhs will race in the World Endurance Championship this season.
The Cadillac Hertz Team Jota entries will take to the track in the same ‘Hertz Racing Gold’ colors as the British team’s customer Porsche 963 for 2023-24.
The livery was launched on Monday at Cadillac’s flagship electric vehicle dealership in Europe near the Opera Garnier in Paris.
According to Pere Brugel, managing director and president of General Motors Europe, the unveiled platform reflects “Cadillac’s unwavering commitment to innovation and performance on the global stage.”
He added, “As we expand our footprint in Europe, this partnership presents a powerful opportunity to showcase Cadillac’s pioneering spirit in one of the world’s most prestigious racing championships.”
Cadillac and Jota did not use the occasion of the Paris livery launch to reveal the driver combinations for the #12 and #38 Hypercar class entries.
They will be announced later, which should come before the end of the month.

Jota has conducted testing with the V-Series.R twice so far.
A shakedown with its first chassis took place at the Anneau du Rhin circuit in the Alsace region of France in late November before going to Paul Ricard for two days of testing with a development car in December.
All six Jota-Cadillac drivers were present at the record test.
Jota will test in Abu Dhabi later this month ahead of the start of the WEC season, which will begin with official Prologue testing the weekend before the season-opener at Qatar’s Losail International Circuit on 28 February.
“We’re learning a lot, but there’s still a lot more to learn,” said Sam Hignett, founder of the Jota team.
“We ran the record at night and covered a distance of about a few thousand kilometres.”
