Lauren agargen: What were you the most excited about? Are there any shows you were eager to meet your expectations or were you eager to cross them?
Cryston Nichols: In this season, there were a lot of fun shows. This was really my first time a person participated in a Khit show, which was really special. I have always loved Khit, and was really magical to see the collection in the individual. The park was in Avenue Armary. You stepped into a very dark room, and it was a circular runway and a set of lights above. It was a very simple set but very impressive. The collection was actually a mixture of the city cool and then the uptown polish.
Some standouts look for me. The leopard looked; Perhaps there were five in a row. There was a very beautiful skirt set. There were newsboy caps. I don’t know if I am participating. I don’t know if I can pull myself with a hat, but it is a continuation of the pillbox-cap trend we are seeing a lot.

Le: If you had to choose a show, what would you say that your standout is?
Kn: Tory Birch was definitely one of my favorite shows. This classic American sportswear was taunted, which she does very well and is able to renew each season in any way. Le: I would like to know what you have worn on the show because you are a street style star on your own.
Kn: The more fashion week I participate, the more I already like to work in my closet, so this is usually my perspective for Fashion Week. In this season, I was particularly inspired by some old images on Pinterest. The 2004 Balesiaga Runway, designed by Nicolas Gesquayer, was a particular form, which is a really beautiful sewn camel coat, a stole designed on it. I wore pieces from my closet to copy in a sense because I always love that look.
And then for a Michael course-dated look when he worked in Seleen, an impure-crocodile skirt with knit slingback heels and wafer sunglasses. I pulled some pieces together in my closet, trying to put my own spin on it and then, of course, some easy denim and coat and hot layers because it is very cold this week.
Le: You looked amazing. I have to ask – you wore no tights or anything, and it was snowfall, and I was very worried about you!
Kn: Yes, I really walked some sick in this season, but since I left LA from LA only one and a half years ago, I am still working on suitable footwear.
Le: This is your prestigious photo. This Christon is running without tights through ice in its small mules, and I was dying. You look so chic.

Le: I am curious – that you have seen in New York so far, (is) you have any prediction about what to come for the rest of the month?
Kn: Many collections were just feeling very polished and indifferent references. I really don’t believe that someone called it to his show notes, but for me, many of them feel like ’50 and 60s references. Audrey Hepburn (and) Grace Kelly or just this other era of dressing has returned to the runway, and I will be interested in seeing how it moves forward in the fashion month. This is something that we are writing a lot about who wears what, and I was interested in seeing if we would see the pendulum in the other direction, but it continues in that direction.
