Alexander Butler | Reagent services The rendering and photos of a small renewal project completed in New York have been shared. The project included the construction of a home office and laundry room.
We often do not see the design stage of a project; Typically, this is just the prepared interior. However, this time, we are able to show how the final design aligns with original rendering.
The owners of the house were interested in developing a more contemporary beauty from their existing Art-day inspired transitional apartments, and it could be seen in rendering, with a simple black white shape in both architectural elements.
In the house office, images provided with textured black leather panels, lots of internal storage, metal shelf, decorative fixtures and a mirror wall.
Realization home office shows how black leather panels serve as the background of TV / computer monitor, so there is a mixture of tone instead of specific black TV / white wall contrast.
Priority is given on putting internal storage in open cold storage, which reports the design, although smooth metal shelves with integrated LED backlighting are elevated to areas on public performance.
Decorative fixtures were selected to create an atmosphere, while architectural strip lighting was employed for everyday tasks. The designers also strategically placed mirrors to enlarge the space and intentionally kept the entry range as large as possible, using oversized sliding doors, when privacy is required.
Rendering once reveal the plan for a small and dull room. The design complements the home office, although the interior uses more durable materials.
White glow cabinet doors open to reveal the inner parts of the black brightness in both rooms, and the bold black background of the house office is replaced with a high performance, a high performance, stretch-hex porcelain tile.
A fold-out ironing board doubles as an additional countertop to turn the fabric, while the custom cabinetry adds lots of storage options.
The mirrors again enhance the space, and the task lighting was once again preferred.
