Grant and Angela Morris appreciated the huge size of their 260-class foot primary bathroom. Very badly it was crowded with heavy elements and dated materials. Angela, a jewel designer, wanted more efficiency and style. Grant wanted facilities like a sauna and other spa for wellness benefits. To achieve his goals, he turned to designer Tara Lehani, who worked with a couple to update other places in his home.
By moving a closet gate, a new custom was freed the wall space for white oak double vanity that provides storage and visual heat. Eliminating a pre-single-pin vanity was designed for a handicraft infrared sauna. A freestanding cold-plated tub replaced the heavy underlying tub. The shower has a steam function. And platforms of blue tiles, paints and other details provide a soothing style at this rejuvenating location.
