Condon scott architects Pictures of a small to a bedroom house shared, which he designed the remedy at only 323 sq ft (30 sqm).
Located on a cool suburban road in Vanaka, New Zealand, compact home is defined by a simple gable form and a strong black rain screen.
The external cladding is restrained but functional, mixing asphalt ringworm and larch Weatherboard.
Inactive heating and cooling were considered from the beginning, and the minimum openings in the east, south and west preserve the thermal envelopes. By using SIP panels and using passive home principles, SIP panels are sealed and wrapped in a secondary layer of paper and ply to maximize thermal efficiency.
Even if the house is small, no mandatory mandatory is missing. The house has a full kitchen, bedroom area and living space. The amount of double height with its shining mask creates a feeling of wind and location. The artwork is placed for a full -size fridge, two large sofas and a coffee table.
The design concept was conceived as a fabricated joining box, in which no one was wasted. Spring-back drawers pull out of each step and more storage is hidden under the kitchen engagement in the location of the toe. The bathroom is located away from the kitchen and the bedroom is located above.
