The project reflects the discovery of the balance of humanity
The purpose of David Macullo Architects’ Reji Dream Hotel is aimed at pursuing the boundaries of permanent design by searching for symbiotic relations between architecture and human condition. Designed in collaboration with S&L Studio Tirana, the hotel is conceived as a modern stronghold, embedded within the area, which presents a glimpse of the Adriatic Sea. Lugano-based architect The vision crosses the construction of a hospitality location, giving it a position as a catalyst for reflection and development. The project reflects transition from childhood to maturity, reflecting its development of humanity towards a more balanced and conscious existence. This philosophy takes shape in the design through fluid spatial transitions that facilitates interaction, introspection and feeling related to the landscape. Spreading a total floor area of 9,646 square meters, the design comes up in eight levels and one-level basement above the ground, each level is carefully deployed to maximize ideas and increase guest experience.
